ToggleI. WHAT IS NVOCC ? WHAT THEY DO ?
Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) is a term used in the shipping and logistics industry to describe a company that provides ocean transportation services but does not own the ships. The company acts as a middleman between the shipper and the shipping line, providing customers with a convenient and cost-effective way to move goods around the world
One of the primary advantages of working with an NVOCC is that they have established relationships with various shipping lines, which enables them to offer cost-effective solutions, a range of services, flexible scheduling, and valuable advice and guidance
